Lincoln County Alcohol/Drug outpatient treatment programs are based on the belief that individuals with substance use disorder can abstain from mood-altering chemicals and realize their human potential.
Substance use disorder affects individuals, their families, and significant others. LCADC believes substance use disorder is a primary, progressive, and potentially fatal disease that can be treated. Individuals can obtain sustained remission and experience full recovery.
